In 2010, he founded Zhejiang Yinwan Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. in Hangzhou, China. After more than a decade of development, Yinwan's Hangzhou company has obtained the most comprehensive business qualifications and product lines in China's private securities fund industry, including being an ordinary member of the Asset Management Association of China, having the qualification of a financial institution investment advisor, and being an official member of the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors. Mr. Du and his team adhere to the concept of in-depth fundamental value investment and stick to long-termism. They have won industry awards such as the China Private Equity Golden Bull Award.

Ms. Chen holds a Master's Degree in Financial Mathematics from King's College London, UK, and a Master's Degree in Operational Research and Risk Analysis from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. With extensive experience in Hong Kong’s financial sector, she previously served at Haitong International’s Corporate Finance Department, where she worked on multiple IPO sponsorship projects. She also conducted data analysis and corporate lending risk assessment at ICBC (Asia), demonstrating robust investment banking expertise and financial risk management capabilities.
■ Executive Director: Ivan Wong
Mr. Wong serves as the Executive Director and is responsible for Licenses No. 1, No. 4 and No. 9 of Invar Capital (HK) Limited. He has over 15 years of professional experience in financial market transactions and has demonstrated outstanding leadership capabilities in management positions for more than 5 years. His main responsibilities include overall business planning and strategic development of the company, overseeing daily operation management, and leading the team to achieve business growth and innovation in various fields such as securities trading, bond trading, and asset management.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Wong has held key positions at leading Chinese securities firms including Guosen Securities and Huatai International Securities, as well as at KGI Securities under Singapore's UOB Group. In these roles, he has leveraged his profound industry expertise to deliver comprehensive investment advice to clients, while providing top-tier professional services that facilitate capital appreciation for their portfolios.
■ Responsible Officer:Alex Chiu
Mr. Chiu currently serves as the Responsible Officer for Licenses No. 1, No. 4 and No. 9 in Hong Kong. Since November 2006, he has been working for several licensed securities companies in Hong Kong. He is extremely familiar with the Hong Kong capital market and is well-versed in macroeconomics, market analysis, industrial research, stock selection, proprietary trading, proprietary account management, fund raising and management, wealth management (asset allocation), and financial risk control, etc.
